We are skilled in drafting and structuring of commercial agreements and agreements/contracts in general; this includes but is not limited to share agreements, sale of business agreements, lease agreements, franchise agreements to mention but a few. Our experience further extends to work done for clients that included international companies, financial institutions, State-Owned entities to mention but a few.

We have some experience in insolvency matters, labour matters, evictions, contractual dispute, settlements and other general legal expertise. Inasmuch as we do not concentrate much on family matters as the focus of her firm is more corporate and commercial, we are more than competent in this area of practice. We have been involved in some high profile matters and have assisted with the administration from a legal perspective in assisting the trustees of Trusts.

We are also very skilled in criminal matters, with experience in this field of law ranging from the lower court to the Supreme Court of Appeal.
